Embroidery Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring they are calibrated for optimal performance and precise stitching.
• Review design specifications and sample fabrics to select appropriate threads, needles, and stabilizers for each project.
• Monitor machine operations during production runs, making real‑time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with multi‑head embroidery machines (4‑head).
• Strong knowledge of Wilcom (digitizing + editing).
• Tajima embroidery machine operating knowledge is required.
• Able to handle both machine operation and design work with high speed and accuracy.
• Experience in mokhawar stitching is VERY IMPORTANT.
• Experience with Abaya and evening wear embroidery is a plus. ...
