▪ Planning and coordinating project deadlines and monitoring progress

▪ Defining required deliverables according to the development process, assigning these deliverables to the relevant departments, monitoring progress, and reviewing results

▪ Managing project issues, selecting necessary stakeholders, moderating problem-solving meetings, deciding on the solution strategy, and planning and tracking implementation

▪ Coordinating project content and progress with the client (on-site or virtually), negotiating technical aspects and work package scopes with the client to achieve win-win results
