Email Strategist (Colombia)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for the PDM clients.
• Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel, including marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, and A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
• Build and manage automated email marketing programs for clients, ensuring end‑to‑end tracking and proper measurement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails.
• Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle program performance to clients on a monthly basis.
• Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program.
• Partner and collaborate cross‑functionally with all other internal digital channels.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
