Elite UAE Property & Fleet Asset Manager

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a senior Real Estate Asset Management professional to oversee residential and commercial portfolios, vehicle fleets, and related financial operations. You will manage acquisitions, leases, renewals, inspections, and regulatory compliance across UAE properties.

The role requires at least 5 years UAE experience, deep knowledge of DLD, RERA, Ejari, AOFC, and a strong track record with UHNW clients or corporate portfolios.
