PFPFA’s Elite Graduate Program (EGP) is a 36-month structured pathway designed for high-performing graduates who demonstrate intellectual rigor, leadership potential, and entrepreneurial drive. Through this 36-month programme, participants will undergo structured training and gain exposure to financial advisory concepts within a holistic wealth management framework.

Recent graduates with strong analytical ability and a willingness to pursue regulatory certifications will have mentorship and a
