Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis
• Performing trade-offs and studies to determine the best solution to proposed problems
• Electronic design based on microcontrollers, FPGAs, or SoCs
• Design of Power Distribution Networks (PDN) according to the power budget
• Design of communication interfaces, including drivers for CAN, UART, I²C, SPI, LVDS, etc.
• Design of radio transceivers (ADC/DAC converters)
• PCB design: translating schematic designs into manufacturable layouts (PCBA)
• Design of support elements for testing, such as EGSEs, including cable harness definition
• Collaboration with the mechanical team on shielding or metallic enclosure development
• Development and description of verification and test plans
