Electronics Design – Senior Engineer

Responsibilities: Define and own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems. Lead the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems (10 kW to >
5 MW). Drive innovation in cost-effective, scalable, and high-efficiency power conversion for electrolyzer stacks. Partner with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering to co-optimize packaging, cooling, and integration. Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of power electronics engineers and technicians. Evaluate and manage relationships with component vendors, contract manufacturers, and external design partners. Ensure compliance with relevant grid codes, EMC/EMI standards, UL, IEC, IEEE, or other regulatory frameworks.
