Confer with senior engineers and technicians to contribute technical support on assigned tasks. Act as beta tester for new or revised maintenance standards and work guides, utilizing lab equipment to follow procedures and follow up with constructive feedback for clarity, missed steps, and efficient operations in methods and techniques to be followed by technician crews. Draft for review, or provide feedback on documented procedures for installation, use, and troubleshooting of hardware and software related to assigned systems and equipment.
