Electromechanic

Our client, a manufacturer of electrical cables, is looking for an Electromechanic, (75% mechanical and 25% electrical).

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with industrial and process equipment like extruders, gear box, motors and transformation lines;

Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery such as extruders;

Test equipment to ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Requirements:

• DEP in Electromechanic and Automated Systems or Industrial Mechanics;
• At least 5 years of experience in electromechanics, including experience with automated machinery, (experience with plastic extrusion or injection molding is an asset);
• Solid mechanical, pneumatics and electrical troubleshooting skills;
• Experience in welding , pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical controls;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics;
