ELECTRICIAN/MASTER ELECTRICIAN

Job Summary

Perform tasks involved in electrical maintenance, repair and renovations of campus buildings, systems, and equipment to include, but not limited to distribution systems, motors, relays, starters and transformers. Install new and additional electrical work. Possess knowledge of regulatory code and requirements such as National Electric Code. This position is considered essential during emergency situations and the incumbent may be requested to report to work.

Supervision

This position reports to the Supervisor of Electrical and HVAC and receives day‑to‑day direction from the Assistant Supervisor of Electrical. It may require guidance from various Master Technicians and/or Master Electricians. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
