Job Purpose

Our client is seeking a professional responsible for ensuring plant and machinery operate efficiently throughout their lifecycle through effective maintenance and optimisation, while supporting production teams in achieving production and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections as per preventative maintenance schedule
• Report any discrepancies to the maintenance supervisor and raise corrective action job cards
• Complete ad hoc repairs and maintenance tasks
• Ensure machinery operates safely at all times
• Request spare parts in a timely manner
• Handle and maintain all tools with care
• Conduct fault finding on equipment
• Ensure maximum availability of equipment and utilities
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimisation of preventative maintenance plans
