Electrician (Substations) – Taupo

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Electrician/Electrical Fitter to join our Energy team based in Taup. You will deliver high‑quality installation, maintenance, testing and fault repair work across a range of network assets including substations, transformers, switchgear and protection systems.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

• Carry out installation, repairs and technical maintenance


• Respond to and analyse electrical faults


• Support job planning and assess resource and material needs


• Deliver accurate, timely documentation and compliance reporting


• Work closely with Project Managers, supervisors and field teams to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery
