- Assemble wire harnesses according to engineering drawings or diagrams
- Cut, Strip and crimp wires and cables to the required lengths
- Connect terminals, connectors, and other electrical components
- Route and bundle wires using tape, sleeves, cable ties, or conduits
- Perform continuity and electrical testing to ensure proper connections
- Inspect harness assemblies for defects or incorrect wiring
- Repair or rework faulty harness assemblies when needed
- provide off site mechanical services as needed during emergency purposes
- Follow quality and safety product during production
