The ideal candidate would be an experienced IBEW Journeyman Wireman with a strong grasp of the Electrical Training Alliance (ETA) apprenticeship model and a solid understanding of IBEW structure, standards, and culture.

The Electrical Workforce Development Manager reports directly to our Senior Director of Workforce Development.
