Job Title: Electrical Technician - Facilities Maintenance
Location: Horsham
Salary: £43,056 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role:
Our client, a leading property maintenance and facilities management specialist across the South of England, is seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious Electrical Technician to join their dynamic team in Horsham. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks including PAT testing, EICRs (fixed wiring), Emergency Lighting, and Fire Alarm testing.
Perform fault diagnosis, electrical repairs, and routine servicing in accordance with current IEE regulations.
Complete all electrical certification efficiently using modern digital software.
Participate in emergency call-out rotas and support wider trades as necessary.
