Electrical Supervisor - Walkin Chennai

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, schematics and specifications focusing on overhead line (OHL) and electrical systems for pipeline and piping projects.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks to the electrical team to ensure efficient execution of OHL and electrical activities.
• Ensure the availability of tools, equipment and materials for electrical and OHL tasks.
• Supervise the erection of poles, towers and structures for overhead lines (OHL).
• Oversee the stringing, sagging and tensioning of conductors, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate the installation of transformers, circuit breakers and other electrical equipment.
• Supervise testing of OHL systems including insulation resistance, continuity and phase sequence tests.
• Ensure proper commissioning of electrical systems, including grounding and load testing.
