About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, high‑tempo Electrical Site Supervisor for a 3‑month contract based in Waihi , working a Monday to Saturday schedule. This is a true hands‑on leadership role—not an administrative job. You will be on the floor driving productivity, holding the team accountable, and ensuring the project stays on schedule and meets strict industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Leadership: Lead, direct, and motivate the site team daily—ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high technical standards across a full 6‑day week.
- On‑Site Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges on the go and maintain momentum without getting bogged down in paperwork.
