**Job Summary:**

Onsemi is seeking an **Electrical Reliability Test Technician** to specialize in the execution and monitoring of electrical stress protocols for semiconductor devices at our Arizona Tempe/Scottsdale Rel Lab operations. This role focuses on characterizing device stability under extreme electrical conditions—specifically high-voltage, high-current, and transient power events. You will bridge the gap between hardware setup and data acquisition, ensuring that electrical stress is applied precisely according to JEDEC and internal specifications.
