This is a good move for an Electrical Project Engineer who wants proper project exposure on a major Central London scheme, not just a role chasing paperwork from the back of the site office.

You will be working on a £30m shell and core project in London Bridge, on the former Mayor’s office, supporting the electrical delivery team across a technically detailed commercial refurbishment. It is the sort of scheme where the engineering, coordination and information flow matter, because small issues left unresolved early will quickly become problems on site.

This is not a finished Cat B fit-out where the route is already mapped out. You will be involved in the core electrical infrastructure, landlord systems, shell and core installation, technical coordination, programme support, procurement, quality and handover planning.
