Electrical & Mechanical Trials Supervisor

Lead a skilled unionized trades team at Irving Shipbuilding Inc. as an Electrical & Mechanical Commissioning & Trials Engineer. Oversee commissioning, testing, and sea trials of systems on new and repaired vessels.
In this supervisory role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the work of trades team members to ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are efficiently tested and commissioned. With over five years of relevant experience, your expertise will guide safety and quality compliance while enhancing productivity. You'll also play a vital role in ensuring vessel readiness for sea trials and approvals.
