Define and manage top level requirements for the electrical manufacturing of new programmes
Define and implement a clear strategy about fiber optics related to new developments
Define a Qualification path for monomode & multifiber technologies
Participate in MFT to define requirements and industrialization of new work packages
Build and consolidate a strong relationship with Analysis and Design Office
Create a product portfolio based on fiber optics equipment
Collaborate in R&T&D projects based on Digitalization, Automation and new technologies (fiber optics, high voltage)
Drive implementation of 1st manufacturing with required shop floor feedback loops
Create / update routings / BoM / SOI taking into account shop floor needs, time calculation and work preparation golden rules...
