Hybrid working: 2 days in Maryport office, rest from home.
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Salary: circa £50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
We are looking for an Electrical Manager to take ownership of electrical delivery across responsive and void properties. Lead teams, manage performance, and ensure work is done right the first time.
What you'll do
- Act as NICEIC Duty Holder, ensuring all work meets legislation.
- Lead supervisors and electricians delivering compliant repairs and installations.
- Manage performance of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers against KPIs and budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Drive productivity, quality and value for money.
- Improve service delivery through continuous improvement and innovation.
