Position : Electrical Manager Location: Hajipir Plant, Kutch, Gujarat Department : Maintenance, Reporting To: Engineering Head Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering Experience: 10-15 years in Chemical / Process/Any Industry. CTC Budget – 15-18 LPA Role Objective The Manager (Electrical) is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime of electrical systems and equipment across the Industrial Salt, Bromine, and SOP plants. You will oversee preventive maintenance, lead a team of technicians, and ensure all electrical operations comply with safety standards in a highly corrosive marine chemical environment. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Management: Lead the maintenance of HT/LT motors, transformers, switchgears (VCC/PCC), and VFDs. Implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
