Electrical Maintenance Planner (Mississauga)

About the Role

Improve the efficiency and productivity of maintenance personnel and third‑party maintenance services through good planning, follow‑up and optimization of all preventive, condition monitoring, inspections, corrective maintenance tasks and projects related to the area. The objective is to achieve the set targets for equipment net availability at the lowest optimum and sustainable maintenance cost, in collaboration with all involved departments, following the maintenance guidelines.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Plan and schedule all corrective and preventive maintenance routines in SAP PM/DMS, managing the WO flow from creation to confirmation.
• Generate detailed weekly and daily plans as well as the 13‑week basic plan in coordination with other departments.
• Coordinate resources (parts, manpower, tools, rental equipment, equipment down time, etc.) to ensure the planned and scheduled jobs are carried out smoothly.
