Job Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise a small hands‑on team in ensuring operational readiness, safety and reliability of electrical and automation systems within the facility.
- 60% hands‑on troubleshooting & 40% supervisory/planning role minimizing facility downtime and maintaining operation efficiency.
- Able to assign, supervise and keen in daily work orders with mentorship and developing preventive maintenance schedules in ensuring meeting safety standards and environmental compliance.
- Comfortable working in industrial environment and occasionally at height.
- Diploma or higher NITEC/ITE certification in Electrical engineering, mechatronics or closely related industrial discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferable with senior or supervisory capacity.
