Electrical Inspector

D'Leon Consulting Engineers is seeking an Electrical Inspector in Los Angeles, CA

Electrical/IT inspection staff shall have a thorough knowledge of the methods, materials and techniques of the electrical/IT trade; the ability to diagnose violations and hazards in new and existing electrical/IT installations and take a proactive approach during construction; have a general understanding of low voltage systems including fire/life safety and information technology; have the ability to read and interpret contract documents, electrical codes, applicable standards. Electrical/IT Inspectors must have the ability to set priorities, the ability to make decisions and work effectively with minimal supervision, the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with stakeholders, contractors, construction workers, the public and must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
