**Electrical Helper / Apprentice**

We’re hiring **Electrical Helpers** to support commercial electrical projects in the Cedar Rapids area. This role is ideal for candidates with construction or electrical experience who want to build hands-on skills and grow in the trade.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Assist electricians with installations and repairs
+ Carry, organize, and maintain tools and materials
+ Help run conduit and pull wire
+ Assist with installing lighting, outlets, and switches
+ Perform basic measuring, drilling, and setup tasks
+ Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

**Required Experience**

+ Experience using hand tools (drills, tape measure)
+ Ability to read a tape measure
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
+ Ability to work outdoors and on jobsites

**Preferred Experience**

+ Electrical or construction experience
