Electrical Estimator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Estimator to join our Facilities Services team in Auckland. Reporting to the Electrical Manager, this role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end pricing and delivery of minor works and projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality quotes and proposals for small to medium sized electrical works.
• Oversee project execution and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified in Electrical, with current registration highly advantageous.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
