Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Estates Technician with an electrical background, who will carry out crucial maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installation work on all facilities, plant and equipment throughout the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Estate. Working on the full range of Estates Services equipment, the Electrical Estates Technician will undertake activities that require problem solving, solution identification and analysis of complex situations to resolve technical issues on multifaceted equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service and repair the full range of Estates Services equipment.
• Calibrate and fault-find on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment including voltage systems, medical gas systems, nurse call systems, lighting, fire detection, building services controls, standby generator plant, heating and ventilation control systems and refrigeration plant.
