Electrical-Electronics Supervisor

Job Summary Work schedule: Conventional. Position is the subject matter expert for all areas of the facility. Supervise and coordinate hourly skilled electrical technicians and salaried automation and controls engineers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a constant safety environment and provide necessary training updates while striving for zero incidents and full compliance with OSHA and plant standards. Develop and manage annual operating plans/budgets for the electrical maintenance and automation department. Execute all electrical preventative maintenance, implement process controls, and define projects to drive plant KPIs and continuous improvement. Organize and coordinate the maintenance breakdowns of all equipment within assigned responsibility including maintaining a necessary inventory of spare parts.
