Location: Glasgow Office
Job Type: Permanent or Contract (Inside IR35)
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality design solutions within shipbuilding? Belcan is seeking Electrical Designers at Junior through to Senior level to join our Naval team, supporting complex marine engineering projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and apply your expertise in design and detailing within a collaborative and technically challenging shipbuilding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Design & Documentation
Produce 2D/3D models using Foran and technical documentation using industry-standard CAD tools.
Technical capabilities including, Electrical system / component design, electronic schematic analysis, CMPIC/Cable management, cable segregation and load calculations
Develop clear and accurate design outputs to support fabrication and installation.Project Delivery
