This is a role for an Electrical Design Engineer who wants to stay close to the work, not sit miles away from the projects they are designing.

You will be joining a privately owned M&E contractor with a strong residential workload, working directly with the Operations Director across both pre-construction and live project delivery. The role needs someone who can support early-stage design, interrogate drawings, help shape technical solutions and keep design information moving properly once projects are on site.

This is not just a drawing role. You will be involved before the project starts, helping the business understand design risk, buildability, specification, cost impact and programme.
