About The Role

We are seeking a high‑impact Sales Director to lead the growth of our Compliance 360 division within adi Electrical. This is a strategic and hands‑on role focused on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and positioning our electrical compliance solutions as a partner of choice across key sectors.

You will take ownership of identifying and converting new business opportunities across projects and maintenance contracts, while building long‑term, value‑driven client relationships. Working closely with the Compliance 360 Sales Manager and wider adi Group, you will shape and execute a growth strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
