Electrical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and analyze the electrical and mechanical plans and diagrams of the assembly books.
• Manufacture electrical harnesses according to the requirements of the drawings, diagrams, and work procedures.
• Routing, crimping, installing, and securing wires, cables, harnesses, and equipment.
• Test the continuity and conductivity of the final assembly.
• Ensure quality control of manufactured sub-assemblies and electrical harnesses.
• Ensure compliance with standards and production rate.
• Other related functions may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• T.S.D. in Aerospace Cables and Circuits Assembly or; D.C.S. or A.C.S. in Technical Avionics or; Successfully completed an electrical fast-track training or; A minimum of 3 years of experience as an aircraft electrical assembler obtained within the last 5 years.
