Electric Water Pump - Process Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities To support existing and upcoming programs – Aftermarket/AOE and IOE customers, support growth. To add and increase the support to take the product lines from start to Phase 4 and into production, in line with company standards, APQP and GPS (Gates Production System) initiatives. Provide support to packaging engineering. The incumbent will have an active role in problem solving; participate as PD team member from Phase 1 to Production. Assist in establishing run‑at‑rates, process development, PFMEA/P Flow Diagrams, develop and maintain SOPs, and maintain programs for changes into production and continuous improvement. Project management for outside equipment houses will also be handled by this position.
