Elder Care Activity Therapist

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Care Executive to support elderly clients at Orchard, with Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm and one Saturday per quarter. You will lead activities, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety while delivering compassionate care and teamwork with colleagues.

You will maintain cleanliness, document observations, and report any incidents to the Centre Manager. Minimum 3 years in elderly care and Healthcare Assistant Certification preferred; CPR/AED
