**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As an EKG Tech, you will perform diagnostic electrocardiograms (EKGs) to assess cardiac function.
Every day you will prepare patients, explain procedures, and accurately operate EKG machines to record heart activity, ensuring comfort and high-quality readings.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, meticulous data collection, and excellent patient communication, contributing to accurate cardiac diagnostics.
+ Demonstrates adherence to the Standards of Conduct Requirements. Completes and turns in the SOC acknowledgement card.Fulfills compliance education requirements as directed by the Compliance Department or Department Manager.
+ Meets the requirements in all necessary systems including centralized scheduling and hospital information systems computer.
