You will establish a strong governance framework with standardized processes, tools, and performance measures to drive consistency, quality, and scalability. By managing the full program lifecycle, you will deliver efficient execution and a structured, high-quality experience for participants. As the central point of coordination, you will align stakeholders, mentors, and leadership through clear communication and reporting.
