Job Description
The PSC and/or PSA shall review the Safety Orientation Checklist (EXHIBIT D)
and incorporate each applicable topic within the presentation. The orientation
shall include all elements of the UTS Project Safety Requirements 01 35 23 that
apply to the work activities associated with the attendees. In addition to the
worker signing the orientation document at completion of the orientation to
confirm attendance, the PSC shall develop and administer a means to ensure and
demonstrate worker understanding of the information provided. This evaluation
shall be documented for each worker orientated.
