:Performance of inpatient electroencephalograms (EEG), electronic processing of EEGs in Epic. Ability to secure electrodes, monitor patient’s status, identify and correct issues during the recording process.Education:
Completion of EEG Technician Program - Required
Equivalent Training or Experience considered in lieu of Education Requirements
Certifications/Licensures:
BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
R.EEG T. Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist - ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing and Accreditation
EEGT Electroencephalographic – American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists Equivalent Preferred within 2 years of hire
