WorldStrides is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Lead Qualifier to generate opportunities by high-volume outbound calls and emails to schools and teachers across the U.S. You will prospect educators, qualify leads, and pass high-quality opportunities to the Sales team for closing.
This goal-driven role rewards performance with a commission structure; you’ll handle rejection, build rapport quickly, and maintain activity levels to meet targets.
