Overview


The Strategy & Services Division leads long-term corporate planning and provides programs and services that help ElectriCities Members address strategic and operational needs. This includes assessing member needs, identifying service gaps, developing programs, and supporting member engagement through training, conferences, regional meetings, and outreach. The Member Outreach & Education Department supports the Division’s member-focused work by managing programs delivered directly to members to include Member Engagement, Education, and Association Management Services. The ElectriCities Educational Programs team is responsible for coordinating learning opportunities that support member development, employee learning, and structured career pathways.
