The Role We're looking for a sharp, results-obsessed EdTech Performance Marketer to manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns for our EdTech clients. Your primary mission: generate high-quality leads that convert. You'll own everything from strategy and creative briefing to campaign execution, optimization, and reporting — making sure every rupee spent brings demonstrable returns. This is a hands-on role. You'll be deep in Ads Manager daily, running tests, reading data, and making smart decisions fast. What You'll Do Campaign Management Plan, build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end for EdTech clients focused on lead generation
