Ecommerce Manager

We are hiring an E-commerce Manager to own and drive Izil’s DTC website, across commercial performance, customer journey and data-driven conversion optimisation.

You will be accountable for:

• Profitability

• Own e-commerce revenue target
• Deliver profitability targets:
  • Revenue
  • Margin
  • Conversion
  • AOV
  • Repeat purchase

• Own end-to-end website performance:
  • Homepage
  • Collection/ Activation pages
  • PDPs
  • Landing pages
• Continuously optimize:
  • Conversion rate
  • Basket size (AOV)
  • Drop-off points
• Work closely with:
  • Creative Factory (asset execution)
  • Brand team (input alignment)
  • Clear product storytelling
