Ecommerce Growth & UX Manager

Shakti Mat is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to drive conversion optimisation and UX strategy across Shopify websites and Amazon channels. You’ll own platform management, merchandising, and order fulfillment, leading a small Ecommerce & UX team to deliver friction-free shopping for B2C and B2B customers.

You will blend strategic thinking, technical aptitude, and creative problem-solving to grow revenue and optimise the customer journey across all touchpoints.
