We're looking for a peculiar and talented junior-level individual to occupy that increasingly important position between People-Who-Need-Help and The Internet, which, as history has repeatedly demonstrated, is a surprisingly busy intersection.

In practical terms, you'll be the first friendly human our online customers encounter when an order has wandered off on an unexpected adventure, a parcel has become convinced it lives somewhere else, or a return has embarked upon a philosophical journey of self-discovery. You'll investigate mysteries, answer questions, untangle problems, and occasionally reassure people that, despite appearances, civilisation has not yet collapsed.
