eCommerce Associate

The Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and operationally excellent eCommerce Associate to support the day‑to‑day execution of SMYTHE's digital channel. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, this role is the operational backbone of the ecommerce business — responsible for site execution, product data management, order operations, and systems monitoring. You are a hands‑on doer who takes ownership of the details that keep the site running smoothly, accurately, and on‑brand.

You Will

Product Data & Site Content

• Upload, enrich, and maintain product information in Shopify, including copy, metafields, imagery, swatches, and supporting content.
• Manage the product data flow from NetSuite to Shopify via Celigo — ensuring all required fields are completed, workflows are triggered correctly, and discrepancies are flagged and resolved.
