Our client is a major provider of innovative and technologically sophisticated baking, food service and packaging solutions across the African continent and key International Markets. They are looking to appoint a Machine Setter with Eccentric machine experience at their Blackheath (Cape Town) based facility. Only candidates already in the Western Cape will be considered. Non-Negotiable Requirements: Grade 12 with maths and physical science OR N3 / N4 Mechanical Engineering Red Seal trade test certificate in Toolmaking, Fitting & Turning or Machining Hands-on experience with Eccentric machines and tooling Good understanding of production processes in Marsden Able to read, interpret and work from technical drawings Good fault finding and problem-solving skills Able to work with a tape measure and vernier High level of attention and accuracy Able to work under pressure OSH awareness Responsibilities: Set up machines for production according to work instructions Monitor tooling and report...
