Eating Disorders Therapist

Salary: CAD $44.85 - $56.02 / hour

Overview

Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Eating Disorders Case Manager provides consultation, case management and therapy to individuals and families affected by eating disorders. They assess clients, determine referral needs, provide group, family and individual therapy, liaise with community resources, formulate and implement treatment plans, and participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and service evaluation.

Responsibilities

1. Assess client needs, develop treatment options, and facilitate utilization of community services.
2. Act as primary therapist and case manager: provide psychosocial and social assessment; deliver short and long‑term individual, group and family therapy using varied methods; manage cases and formulate treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
