Working hours: Weekday: 7am to 7pm (8 hours). Saturday: 7am to 1:30pm (4 hours). Total 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Stationed at health monitoring station based on roster; involved in measuring height, weight, and blood pressure for patients at health monitoring station.
